Bone Suckin'® 4 Step Steaks Recipe

  1. 1. Rub steaks on both sides with Bone Suckin'® Steak Seasoning about 30-45 minutes before grilling. Mix 1 Tbsp. Steak Seasoning per 1 lb. meat. Allow to stand at room temperature.
  2. 2. Prepare grill with direct and indirect cooking areas.
  3. 3. Sear steaks over direct heat, and then move to indirect heat to finish.
  4. 4. Remove and let rest 5 min. Enjoy!
