Returns Policy
Guarantee? Yes, we fully and unconditionally guarantee everything we sell. If you or your friends are not absolutely delighted, we will replace or refund your purchase price. (Providing the address you gave us was correct.) We may have to substitute, but it will always be of equal or greater value. We do ask that you let us know within 7 days of receiving the item so that we can get it sorted out and take care of the problem.
We'll also pay the return shipping costs to us if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within 2 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (1-5 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 2 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (1 to 2 business days).

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
