🍖 Bone Suckin’® Eastern NC BBQ Pork

Ingredients

  • Bone Suckin’ Sauce® Eastern Vinegar (about 4 oz per lb of pork)
  • 1 pork butt (4–7 lbs)

Directions
Preheat oven to 225°F. Place pork butt fat-side up on a rack inside a baking pan. Cook 1½–2 hours per pound until internal temperature reaches 205°F. Wrap in foil and rest 15 minutes. Pull pork and add Eastern Vinegar sauce to taste.

PRO TIP: Just because 165°F is safe doesn’t mean it’s ready.
👉 Go low & slow for true Carolina barbecue.

🍗 Bone Suckin’® Eastern Vinegar BBQ Chicken

Ingredients

  • Bone Suckin’ Sauce® Eastern Vinegar
  • 1 whole chicken (spatchcocked) or 4 bone-in chicken quarters

Directions

  1. Preheat grill to medium indirect heat (or oven to 375°F).
  2. Season chicken lightly with salt and pepper.
  3. Grill or roast until internal temp reaches 165°F, basting generously with Eastern Vinegar during the last 20 minutes.
  4. Serve with extra sauce on the side for dipping.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Grill or fry seafood as desired.

🥬 Eastern NC Vinegar Collard Greens

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup Bone Suckin’ Sauce® Eastern Vinegar
  • 2 lbs fresh collard greens, chopped
  • 1 tbsp olive oil or bacon drippings
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Heat oil or drippings in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add collards and cook until wilted.
  3. Add Eastern Vinegar, reduce heat, cover, and simmer 45–60 minutes until tender.
  4. Season to taste and serve.
