Bone Suckin’® BBQ Pork
- Bone Suckin’® Eastern Vinegar, 1 Jar
- Pork Butt, 1 (4-7 lbs.)
Preheat oven to 225°F. Place pork butt fat side up in oven, on rack, inside baking pan. Cook 1.5 to 2 hours per lb. or until 205°F internal temp. Wrap in foil & let rest 15 minutes. Pull pork apart, adding Bone Suckin’® Eastern Vinegar Sauce to taste.
PRO TIP: Just because 165°F is safe to eat it doesn’t mean it’s ready. Go Low & Slow!
